The Talent Sourcer (Researcher) at Mala Collective is an individual eager to learn and grow, with a passion for finding and connecting with creative professionals. We seek candidates who are curious, open to feedback, and ready to refine their skills through learning and critical thinking. This role focuses on sourcing talent for artistic and design positions, making an appreciation for aesthetics or prior experience in similar roles a significant advantage.
The Talent Sourcer will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, contributing to building a talented team of designers, animators, and artists. This position offers hands-on experience in creative talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for artistic and design roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, ArtStation, and other creative communities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future art and design positions.
- Conduct market research to provide insights into trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the creative industry.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
- Maintain organized records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, specifically in the creative, art or animation industry.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and art platforms like Behance and ArtStation.
- Knowledge of social media recruiting strategies tailored for art and design roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and in the future candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Language requirements:
- Russian: C1-C2
- English: B2-C1
- Additional languages (e.g., Ukrainian, Spanish) are a plus.
