Now we are searching for a Middle or Senior Motion Designer who can make the complex videos on his own or involving a team of motion specialists. We wish you to join our vibrant remote team for full-time.

Responsibilities

• Create great 3D cinematics and ad creatives with UE or Cinema4D and other provided tools.
• Ensure all animation projects meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines and client specifications.
• Review animations for errors and inconsistencies, implementing revisions as needed to achieve the desired outcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D animation and motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
• Demonstrated understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and fluid motion.
• Strong storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and visual composition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one 3D package from the list: Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya.
• Solid experience in at least two render engines from the list: Octane, Redshift, Cycles, Arnold, V-ray
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects as a primary tool for 3D composing, animation, VFX, and post-production. Proficiency with industry plugins such as Element 3D, Red Giant Complete, Optical Flares.
• Experience with Real-time game engines for video production or game development (Unreal Engine or Unity)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro and Figma as additional tools for asset preparation, brand studies, and common graphic design assignments
• Experience working with AI tools such as MidJourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion etc, for concept creation, references, and workflow automation
• Ability to work cleanly with files, references, naming conventions, and project structure for easier collaboration.
